Me and my parents been with Dr. Tsamparlis for more than a decade and I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist. She’s handles me with care and attention you wouldn’t find anywhere else in the Bronx. In addition, her commitment and attention to detail rivals the best dentists anywhere else. Also, her staff is great and they always carefully explain my options when it came to billing and scheduling.

Is oil pulling good for your mouth? Currently, there are no reliable scientific studies to show that oil pulling reduces cavities, whitens teeth or improves oral health and well-being. Based on the lack of scientific evidence, the American Dental Association does not recommend oil pulling as a dental hygiene practice.
