About the Director:
Vivian’s background as an athlete and longtime interest in a healthy, balanced lifestyle led her into the professional wellness field. She holds certifications for Personal Trainer, Yoga, Life Style and Weight Management/Nutrition, Thai Massage and is a long-time health enthusiast. As a member of New Song Community Church, she cherishes the opportunity to serve her neighbors in Harlem and is grateful to have found a home for her passion with Harlem Center for Healthy Living. Hi Friends,

I've created a survey for an Experimental Research Design course I'm taking. It is a quick moving 27 questions about well-being. When you submit the survey it will not come to me but will be mixed in with statistics from other participants so I'll never know how you responded. The more honest you are the better the results will be for the study. Thank you so much for taking the time to help. You may even discover some things about yourself!
