Meditating my heart out in Old San Juan on vacation this week in Puerto Rico. What a beautiful place! With Vedic Meditation, you can meditate anywhere there is back support. So if you’re roaming around a new city you can just find a bench (in a museum, a park or even a church) and close your eyes for 20 minutes, think your personalized mantra, and done! Noise is no obstacle. You don’t need to be a quiet room with incense burning etc. This technique is practical and effortless. If you’re interested in learning more, I have an online info session at the end of this week. Vedic Meditation is taught in person (same room) over four consecutive days, 90 mins each time.

Emma had tried many different types of meditation before she joined my Vedic Meditation course. She’s now building a twice day 20 minute practice. Vedic Meditation is different to other techniques because there is no concentrating on the breath or an idea. There is no concentration required at all. The natural state of the mind is to wander. Vedic Meditation works with this natural capacity.
It is easy and simple. By the end of the 4 class course you are self sufficient. The course is in person in the same room.
