Lynda Marin utilizes hypnosis to provide accelerated therapy to her clients. Problems that may take months to resolve with conventional therapy are often resolved much sooner with hypno-therapy (sometimes as soon as 1-3 sessions!)

Lynda utilizes hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and address the root of the problem. Whether you are seeking pain relief, weight loss, smoking cessation, stress/anxiety reduction, resolving relationship problems or dealing with serious health issues, there is always an emotional component that needs to be addressed. You may not be aware of misconceptions or thoughts you are manifesting subconsciously. Lynda is able to access these thoughts through hypno-therapy and clear up any misconceptions you have un-knowingly been carrying with you. When you are in a state of hypnosis, you are actually more in tune with and in control of your mind than you are in a non-hypnotic state. You will never do or say anything that you do not want to and the therapist does not have control over your thoughts. Hypno-therapy is simply about suggestions and these suggestions will only become reality if the client truly wants them to. Clients usually feel very relaxed and like a "weight has been lifted off their shoulders" after a session. The first session is typically one and one half hour. Lynda describes hypno-therapy in detail and answers any questions you may have. She will then discuss what you would like to achieve with the therapy. Following sessions are typically one hour, but may last longer if necessary. Lynda does not schedule clients back to back because she does not believe in ending a session until the client is ready.
