Kidz Smile Pediatric Dentistry Welcome to our office! We are a pediatric dental practice in the Lower East Side area of Manhattan. She is a board eligible pediatric dentist.

Dr. Kimberli Leal earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She continued her training at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital for her specialty training in pediatric dentistry, where she served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Kim understands that childhood is the best time to instill good oral hygiene practices and to shape attitudes towards dental treatment. Her goal is to provide high quality dental care for children in a caring and compassionate way. She always strives to stay current with the latest in the field of pediatric dentistry in order to provide optimal care to her patients. She has a passion for community health outreach and has volunteered locally and abroad traveling as far away as Cambodia on dental mission trips with the goal to treat underserved children. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kim now resides in Manhattan with her husband and rescue dog, Woody. She is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
