I am a licensed social worker, focused on providing individual and couples counseling services With diverse experience in teaching and training, in addition to general practice, my areas of interest and expertise include:

I use an integrative approach drawing on

training in multiple modalities. Originally a dancer, my training spans education in various alternative approaches and psychoanalytic thought

In addition to private practice, I run support groups for parents of adopted children. The purpose of the group is to create a safe, understanding environment to air thoughts and feelings that arise for the parents of adopted children. As the mother of two adopted children, I understand that there is nothing greater than the power of support from those with shared experience. Supported parents create supported children.
