Dr. Michael Ayala is a chiropractor licensed in the state of New York, who is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. For his undergraduate studies, he attended Lesley University, and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Here, he became intrigued in learning how alternative medicine can assist in treatment for a wide variety of patients. He later attended the University of Bridgeport, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
As a former collegiate athlete, Dr. Michael understands the importance of recovery and functional movement in every day life. By focusing on patient feedback to hone in on the main cause of their symptoms, he is passionate about providing the best care for all of his patients, not only physically but mentally as well! Dr. Michael is well versed in alternative treatment methods such as soft tissue therapies and adjustive techniques, and also has experience implementing Graston technique and Kinesiotaping.

Whether you are an athlete or someone who simply wants to maintain a more active and healthy lifestyle, Dr. Michael is here for all. Aside from his professional pursuits, Dr. Michael takes pride in staying active by playing basketball and strength training. Dr. Michael is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Catherine Grimes uses a variety of treatment styles and techniques to help get her patients better including soft tissue therapies and adjusting techniques. She is certified in the Webster technique, a specialized chiropractic technique designed to treat the perinatal population, as well as Active Release Technique, a soft tissue treatment style designed to improve the function of muscles throughout the body. Dr. Grimes believes in an active approach to care and helps her patients get involved in their treatment plan as much as possible. She is passionate about educating patients on how to prevent future injuries and live a healthier lifestyle, focusing on getting patients back to their normal routines.
