Have you tried Natto? Japan's SUPERFOOD packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic enzymes. An acquired taste, texture, and SMELL. In Japan, Natto is typically enjoyed as a breakfast, or a light snack.
If you haven't tried Natto, be sure to season it with staples like soy sauce, Japanese hot mustard, and scallions, or add a variety of ingredients including, rice, kimchee, or hot sauce. It can also be mixed into Miso soup, for an added punch of good gut bacteria.
Natto is available at local Asian markets, in the refrigerated section.
