We loved taking our travelers to UNAM this month during their free time on the Spanish Summer Camp. The National Autonomous University of Mexico isn’t just one of the top universities in Latin America, it’s a cultural treasure of Mexico City 🇲🇽

Founded in 1910, UNAM has shaped generations of artists, scientists, and thinkers. But what makes it truly unforgettable is how art, history, and nature are seamlessly woven into its campus. From the breathtaking murals by Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, and Juan O’Gorman that turn buildings into canvases, to the vast botanical gardens showcasing native Mexican flora and some of the coolest cacti we have ever seen.

Strolling through its grounds feels like walking through the soul of Mexico City's intellegentsia. We 💗 college campuses and UNAM is one of the most interesting ones we have visited.
