Revision Rhinoplasty Pollybeak deformity: 8 months post-op. This patient had two previous rhinoplasties which left her a pollybeak deformity, bulbous tip, asymmetric tip, lack of a tip defining point, alar retraction, drooping tip, and nostril asymmetry. She is now 8 months post-op from revision rhinoplasty with MTF cartilage and a mastoid fascia tip graft. She underwent tip refinement, spreader grafts, extended alar contour grafts to help improve nostril symmetry, tensioning of the tip to help correct alar retraction, tip support to address the pollybeak deformity, and nasal tip deprojection. The goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of her face and does not droop when she smiles. .
