Loving wife, Mom of 2, Licensed Massage Therapist Hello! From an early age, I had the desire to heal and help.

I am a seasoned and professional Licensed Massage Aromatherapist and Fragrance Consultant, in practice since 1994. I spent the earlier part of my career in Manhattan, living and working in the heart of The Big Apple. As a Massage Therapist, I've treated the over-worked and the over-stressed. In 2014, I made a transition to online health coaching and exercise consultation. I helped clients with nutritional adjustments, weightloss, and balancing work with self-care. Throughout the years, I've helped tens of thousands of people learn how to relax, care for their bodies and practice preventative medicine. I've recently added another dimension to my practice, becoming an Independent Fragrance Consultant. I work directly with customers, helping them design fragrance and decor for their home and work place that enhances a relaxing and healthy atmosphere. We utilize paraffin wax, warmers, essential oils and cold mist diffusers to create an ambiance that is ideal for health and happiness.
