The Olympics start this weekend!

I love the Olympics, always have, even as a kid. My all-time favorite sport to watch is gymnastics. I will be tuned in for sure to watch Simone Biles and the rest of the Olympic team do their thing! My next favorite sport to watch is swimming. I don't know much about the team this year but I'm sure they will be a strong medal contenders.

I never miss a day. Ever!

Seriously......better health is in these 3 bottles. This is dōTERRA's supplement system called LifeLong Vitality or LLV. The nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and essential oils in these supplements will positively affect every major system in your body.

I have been using LLV for about 3 years now. At first, I wasn't a big believer in any kind of supplements so when I started taking LLV I wasn't expecting any kind of mind-blowing, life-changing results. And in the beginning, I was right. But....I wasn't consistent in taking them at all. I'd take a full dose one day, miss a few days, take a 1/2 dose, miss a few more days, etc, etc, etc.
