This wonderful patient was bothered by a tired look and bags under her eyes. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to give her a more refreshed and refined look. The incisions in the upper eyelids are hidden within the eyelid crease. The fat bags are removed and repositioned through the inside part of the eyelid, so the scar is not even visible.
