This patient came to us concerned about her dorsal hump, the tip of her nose, and her full cheeks. Dr. Pearlman performed a primary rhinoplasty to refine the shape of her nose by removing the hump and contouring the tip. Additionally, buccal fat removal was done to enhance her facial definition. Now, she looks more snatched and loves her natural results.

This affable gentleman came to me with a completely blocked nose from a very a crooked septum. His main goal was improved breathing, but also wanted a straighter nose.

We performed extracorporeal septoplasty- rhinoplasty, removing the entire septum, straightening it outside the body, and placing it back in. The results are a straighter nose and much better airflow!

It’s nearly impossible to get a nose completely straight, but he’s thrilled with his new look and breathing freely again!

Scarring after breast surgery is a common concern for many patients. However, breast scars fade very well and are barely noticeable. This patient had a breast lift with fat transfer one year ago. The scars have faded beautifully - you cannot even tell there is a scar!

This beautiful patient desired an ar**lar reduction and a small, modest breast lift. Dr. BBT performed a peri-ar**lar mastopexy (donut breast lift), with the incision made only around her ar**la. Notice the improved shape of her breasts, with the position of her breasts and ar**la more lifted. The change is subtle but noticeable. She is extremely happy with the results!
