This pumpkin pie smoothie brings all the flavor of your favorite dessert with a cool and creamy twist. 🎃 AND it’s braces-friendly
Ingredients:
• ½ Cup of Vanilla Yogurt
• ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
• ¼ Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
• ½ Cup Milk of Your Choice
• 2 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup or Agave
• 2/3 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
• 1 Cup of Ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth! Makes 2 small smoothies or one large one.
