I operate a multi-disciplinary treatment facility with the express mission of becoming an active partner in your health regimen. If you've got pain stemming from musculoskeletal conditions, I and my expert staff can most likely fix it. My New York practice, Safko Chiropractic and Massage, offers alternative non-surgical orthopedic treatment for the spine, extremities, postural/bio-mechanical issues, nerve entrapments, soft tissue conditions and sports injuries, as well as an array of massage therapies to both treat symptoms and prevent them from manifesting. It's not just about quick-fixes or blanket regimens, in other words, because, if I've learned nothing else in my 25-plus years in practice, it is that every patient comes with different sets of lifestyle and stress factors. Getting to know YOU is always the first step in making you as healthy as you can be, and keeping you there, so I love that we have tools like this to keep us connected.
