It’s been a while so I thought to check in with my beautiful FB family. I’ve learned something these past few days… don’t get caught us in the noise of the world and other people’s BS.

It’s not worth your energy to get into arguments about things that are out of your control.

I find myself saying the serenity prayer a lot these days. It’s helping me so I’m sharing it with you because maybe this simple phrase can help ease your spirit today.

God… Source… Grant to me the serenity of mind to accept that which cannot be changed; the courage to change that which can be changed, and wisdom to know the difference.

Focus on your joy, your pleasure and what lights you up.

If there’s one thing to remember is LOVE… the glue that holds everything together. 😍

These days the distractions are keeping us entangled in avoidance and many times in a state of hatred.

For the past 2 years I’ve been spring cleaning my inner house. 👐

I let go of people, business dealings and “friends” because it simply did not feel like love.

Heck… I even left NYC because it no longer felt like love.
