✅ FACT: Protein intake should be calculated based on your body weight, activity level, and fitness goals.
Protein is essential for muscle growth, recovery, and overall performance but more is not always better. Overconsumption won’t magically build muscle faster and can actually put unnecessary stress on your body if not balanced properly.
