Urinary incontinence (UI) affects up to 60% of adult women at some point in their lives. It can range from a minor annoyance to a major issue.
If this is already happening to you, take control of it. Now! If you don't want incontinence to ever control you, prevent it. Now!
Skip the anxiety - as well as the pads, special underwear, wearing dark clothing, and limiting fluid intake.
Beginner Pelvic Floor Workshop 2 - Feb 26
ZOOM - Live and Recorded
Wed @ 11:00 AM-11:45 AM (45 minutes)
Via the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan
Description:
Many factors can weaken pelvic floor muscles, including pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, aging, and being overweight.
If these muscles weaken or become too tight, you may lose bladder control when you sneeze, cough, exercise, or experience lower back, pelvic, or hip pain.
Join us for an intimate conversation on a private matter in a safe, encouraging environment.
Workshop 2: Strengthen the pelvic floor, including variations of Kegels and reverse Kegels, as well as other complementary exercises. Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a towel or mat.
Women only
