Summer Elixir – Functional Juice for Summer
When heat and humidity set in, the body can easily become unbalanced.
As a holistic practitioner, I offer this simple and powerful recipe to help the body naturally adapt to the summer climate. ✨ Benefits:

🧃 Ingredients:
• 2 cups of Watermelon juice 🍉
• 1/2 peeled cucumber, juiced 🥒
• 1 drop of Ginger essential oil 🌱
• 1 drop of Spearmint essential oil 🌿
• 1/2 teaspoon of honey 🍯
• 1 tablespoon of Lime juice 🍋
• (Optional) 1 pinch of Guérande salt 🧂
🕊 Directions:
Mix all ingredients and enjoy slowly.
Perfect for hot spells or days when humidity weighs you down. It's also good mixed 1:1 with sparkling water for added hydration and sparkle.
