This last year, was one to remember: parties were hosted, milestones and friends were made, and thanks to my incredible team, I was able to spend 3 weeks in Paris.
But it started with the passing of my beloved kitty Sal, one year ago, today. Her loss was something that was harder to deal with than I could have imagined. However, it allowed me to have a deeper understanding of grief and loss, experiences so central to life and living, and a small reminder of the events that connect so many of us.

I navigated those painful feelings with the use of the sauna, cold plunge and soaking tub. cityWell became not only a place to work but a healing space for me, a refuge for my body and mind to shift and heal.

It reminded me of what was the driving force behind cityWell: to create a place for people to care for their bodies and minds, to take a break from the pressures of life and city living, and to be able to rest and restore.

After each hydro circuit I felt a tiny bit lighter, more hopeful. And when those moments were accompanied by the warmth and kindness of others, those shared experiences: the losses, hurts, sadness, became transformed into a sense not just of healing but of community.

Those experiences were central to my dream I sought out to create more than 18 years ago. That idea became a vision, and the vision became a reality. And it was the honor of my life to have celebrated with so many of my friends, family and clients on 11/11/25 after 10 years in business.

This place has provided a haven for many as well as for me. It continues to be a constant reminder of how lucky I am to have clients who are kind and thoughtful as well as a talented team. All of these things make up the magic that is cityWell.

Wishing you all a wonderful, healing, supportive and adventure filled 2026. May you to be kind to yourself while finding time to move yourself a little closer to your dreams.

We look forward to being there for you this coming year and for years to come. Happy new year!
