HELLO SUMMER! ☀️💦🔥 It’s here!!! Though the idea of being in a sauna when it’s 100+ degrees may not sound appealing ~ it actually can be very regulating & rejuvenating to the body~ Cooling down with a cold shower using our 🌿 REFRESH BODY WASH (summer/cooling) scent or cold plunge 🧊in between is very important - as is drinking lots of water and or replenishing with electrolytes- coconut water is a great option! 🥥 💧
Please take good care in this heat! But I bet you will be suprised how good the air feels after being in 190 degree sauna! Community today at 1pm~ $45- link in bio 🎟️

Our favorite night with our favorite band 🎶✨Relax and unwind with steam, soak, sauna and cold plunge while sipping wine, snacking on cheese 🧀, swaying in our hammock - all in our beautiful backyard oasis while being serenaded by the amazing Arthur Askerov Trio! cityWell is looking very beautiful these days and this makes me very happy, as you can see by the smile on my face. With ALL that is going on in the world, and close to home, it is important to remember the little things that can help make your mind and body feel at ease and at peace.

Take a moment, if you can, to soak it all in: the flowers, the birds, the nature are here for you- or on the blooming streets around you.

Sometimes this is the healing we need~ the simple gestures: to take a deep breath, to be kind to ourselves and others as we navigate this ever changing landscape.
