All seasons are for love, but summertime especially is for LOVE! 🌞💍✨

It was the honor of a lifetime to officiate this dreamy dream forest wedding for these two perfect souls. I’ll never forget the months of preparing together over Zoom weaving Reiki and healing conversations into the process and dreaming up magical touches and possibilities for the ceremony. It was pure joy🤩

Personally, this experience gave me something even deeper: a chance to connect with my father’s Jewish heritage (and my own) by finding ways to bring time-honored traditions into a modern ceremony. For that, I’m endlessly grateful. 🙏🤍

One of my favorite moments was guiding the guests through a meditation and journey where we gently connected with the trees and sky surrounding us, all sending love to the bride and groom, while also receiving what we each needed. Simply magical 🌿💫

Thank you for letting me marry you in the magical forest across the world/universe! 🕊️🙌✨What. A. Blessing. And. Dream. IT. Remains. Divine Love for all 🤗🌈🌳💖✨✨✨

Feeling proud to finally share my interview with Brainz Magazine! It took nearly a year to complete, and I’m so happy it’s out at last and that I can share a little more of my story. 🙏💗

There was one question from the interview I didn’t answer at the time: What is your greatest accomplishment in your career?

I could have said being a full-time healer for 9+years, or being able to do what I love on my own terms. But when I really reflected, I realized that my greatest accomplishment isn’t a single milestone but more of a way of being.

My greatest accomplishment is remaining sweet, and becoming sweeter. ✨

In a world that can feel harsh and hostile, choosing sweetness is not always easy. For me, it’s been a constant practice of softening where I tend to get too serious, surrounding myself with people who make me laugh, and exploring how I can be more generous and loving with those around me.

Each day, I try to offer my clients, students, and loved ones the sweetness of presence, care, and joy. Because sweetness is not weakness it’s resilience, medicine, and one of the greatest gifts we can give, and receive too!

Life is meant to be sweet! ✨🥰🍦✨

✨ Stunning sunset portraits by one of my students .lisa , captured on my very last evening in Barbados this summer. 🙏🙏🙏

It was such a gift meeting many of my students in person for the first time for our Reiki retreat, (and hearing I was shorter than expected 😁) and just sharing a joyous reunion all around. Ever since I began teaching virtually from Okinawa, I’ve dreamed of leading an in-person practice so the magic of finally seeing my online students gather, connect, and practice together was an emotional high beyond words. 🥲💗

And then to have it all unfold in this paradise of an island made it all the more special. Days after, on my final evening, the sun seemed to shine a golden goodbye which Lisa captured brilliantly. 🙏🤩🌅💛✨

Still dreaming about our Summer Solstice celebration this year at the treehouse 🌞🌿 and being held in the ever-gorgeous , a true portal into the divine 🌀🐚❤️‍🔥

We had a student Reiki practice in the afternoon, followed by a soulful community Reiki Tea Ceremony in the evening. It was a full day of climbing that spirited spiral staircase, serving and sipping our magical blue tea together, listening to your stories, sharing Reiki, and reuniting in a timeless, starry void 💗💫

Thank you to everyone who returned after all these years, and to those who stepped through the big doorway for the very first time. I hope it felt like a welcome (back) home into your body and soul 🙏☀️🎋

Hello Beautiful Soul,

I hope this month has been treating you well.

As we near the middle of the year, I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath. Hold a little space for yourself to reflect on everything that’s brought you to this moment. And then give yourself a little (or big!) smile for all that’s yet to come. ;) 🦋

I’m so looking forward to returning to NYC next month and sharing in the warmth and magic of the season with you! Here are a couple of upcoming in-person offerings:

1:1 Shamanic Healing Sessions in Brooklyn

I’m delighted to share that I’ve found a special healing space in Williamsburg, near the East River Ferry and the JMZ & L trains. I’ll be offering private Mystic Medicine Healing Ceremonies on Monday, June 30th, from 9am to 3pm. These 1-hour sessions include energy healing and time for integration through discussion afterward. I hope you’ll enjoy what I’ve created for you. :)

Summer Solstice Reiki Tea Ceremony on June 20th

Join us for a beautiful community healing gathering on Friday, June 20th, from 7:30–9:30pm at our beloved treehouse on St. Mark’s Place . We’ll celebrate the Summer Solstice through Reiki, heartfelt connection, and the gentle power of tea. Please bring your favorite cup. No prior experience with Reiki is needed, just come with an open mind (and an empty cup!)
This is a customized experience so kindly reserve your spot by June 15th.

Daily Reiki Continues This Summer

While there will be no remote sessions until mid-July (once I return to Japan), you can still receive Daily Reiki. This is a gentle and supportive offering of distance Reiki sent to you daily for 1 to 30 days at $8/day. Daily Reiki is perfect for big events and/or gentle transitions like weddings, interviews, birthdays, travel, or times when you’d just love extra support. You can also request this for a loved one!

I can’t wait to reconnect, laugh, heal and sip tea with you again. Wishing you the most magical close to your spring.
