I performed an otoplasty on this gentlemen. By reconstructing his ears, I corrected their placement to be less than 2 centimeters from the side of his head.

Tired of looking tired, this patient wanted to rid himself of his undereye bags that he’s had his entire life. Sometimes even with a lot of rest and sleep, undereye bags still remain and the only solution is to surgically remove them. I performed a lower blepharoplasty on this patient by removing the excess fat under his eyes, corrected the loose skin, and smoothed the wrinkles, resulting in a more youthful appearance.

This procedure was performed awake using numbing fluid. The patient had no pain or discomfort during the procedure, along with minimal downtime and no bruising or pain post procedure.

With advancing age the eyebrows often fall downward. This descent creates a tired appearance, and forehead wrinkles. This patient in particular was forming a horizontal crease between his eyebrows, and excess upper eyelid skin causing his eyelids to touch his eyelashes.

He did NOT want a dramatic change. He was more concerned with preventing any further downward falling with age, and did NOT want people to notice he had surgery. In order to accomplish this, I performed an endoscopic brow lift.

By making tiny incisions I lifted the eyebrows and forehead, reducing excess upper eyelid skin, smoothed forehead wrinkles, and improved the vertical crease between his eyebrows. Overall this achieved a very natural, youthful result, and will prevent any further downward falling for many years to come. He was very happy that the procedure left him looking “refreshed,”rather than looking like he had “something done.”

Through the help of The Little Baby Face foundation, I volunteered and performed an otoplasty on this young fella.

By making very small incisions behind the ears, I was able to reposition them much closer to his head as you can see. No visible scars and minimal downtime. He and his parents were very happy with the result, and thankful that The Little Baby Face foundation granted a wish he so desperately wanted his entire childhood.

and Implant combo. This lovely patient felt her nose was too narrow with a “pointy,” yet droopy tip. She also wasn’t happy with her profile. First, I widened the bridge, lifted her tip, and repositioned her nostrils, giving her a more youthful and aesthetic look. Second, I placed a chin implant, improving her jaw definition, and evening out her profile to match her newly constructed nose. Leaving this patient with a very subtle, natural enhancement, yet BIG result!!

A behind the scenes look at a lip lift procedure! 🎥 🍿 As you can see this lovely patient already had a full upper lip. However, she wanted a solution to enhancing her upper lip, rather than continuing to use injectable filler as a temporary solution. No general anesthesia, 45 min procedure, minimal to no downtime.

This procedure will also help remove fine lines and wrinkles that some of our older patients tend to form with age.

This beautiful patient wanted to look more rested with higher arched eyebrows. I performed an endoscopic brow lift which is a minimally invasive procedure performed under anesthesia. After making some small incisions in the hair line I gently released and elevated the brow tissue. She now has a higher brow with a more pronounced arch, opening up her eyes, and giving her a more rested and refreshed look. A subtle change goes a very long way. With no visible scars and minimal downtime, this procedure is becoming more and more popular.
