Fully guided implant placement into a congenitally missing tooth #7 area, which was augmented with the bone graft. Procedure was done without any vertical releases. Photos show really great healing with a short healing development placed at the time of surgery which allowed soft tissue overgrowth. Upon exposure a PEEK healing abutment from .us was placed, which will be adjusted to hold a temporary to allow further tissue contour moulding .
