The “quality” in the medical system is infuriating 🤬
-
There are too many people walking around with too much pain for far too long!! 😤
-
I can’t tell you how many patients have come in, after being in pain for months, years, and decades, that go on to have MASSIVE amounts of relief within just a few weeks…. 🥳
-
And these are people who HAVE gone to PT before, usually multiple.
People who HAVE gone to the Chiro, often multiple.
People who HAVE tried different modalities of treatment, often multiple 😩

Even their own doctors have told them they should start considering surgery (WHEN THEY DEFINITELY DIDN’T NEED IT)
-
But what was the secret? Combining the right physical approach with the right mental coaching, actual education that isn’t based around scaring the 💩 out of people for no reason, and empowerment/positivity/motivation to help keep their vision of a better, more pain free life, alive ❤️

And yea that was a run on sentence, but there’s a lot to mention here! 😅

Point being is that you’re not your diagnosis. You can be helped. You can feel better. You can feel more comfortable in your body.
You CAN be happy ❤️

Pay less attention to the speed, and more attention to the effort.

We all improve at different speeds. Some faster, some slower. But the ones who don’t improve at all are the ones who don’t try.
-
The ones who have given up on themselves.
The ones who keep doing the same things that don’t help their progress.
The ones who expect things to just get better on their own…
They will never see progress.
-
But you… you’re not one of those people. You’re someone who wants to try the right things and give it your all.
-
Because you truly want to be better. You want to be in less pain, be stronger, be there for yourself and your family…

So put forth your maximum effort and claim your progress!

💀 Recipé de Pain 💀

If you were ever curious about how to stay in pain, then worry no more, here it is!
-
1) Keep restricting movement! Movement is notorious for getting people out of pain. So if you’re trying to stay in it, then avoid it at all costs
-
2) Get less and less sleep! Sleep is the only time our body truly recovers. From muscles to nervous system, if you’re trying to feel as bad as humanly possible, make sure to get under 5 hours for optimal results
-
3) Your body can’t be better! Negative self beliefs are some of the most limiting factors and can literally be the reason you’re still in pain. If you believe you can’t do something or that the body can’t change… what’s that saying?
“Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right”?
So keep thinking your body is fragile if you enjoy pain!

4) Keep going to the same 💩 insurance run PT places and expect different results. Hate to break it to you, but they’re giving you the SAME PLAN they’re giving to everyone else (which also doesn’t work)…

💩 Generic exercises that make you feel like you’re wasting your time
💩 Useless tech like E-Stim and ultrasound, hot/cold packs that are just used as time fillers so they can run to other patients
💩 Massage for 8 min which may feel good but does nothing for pain long term
💩 No specific plan in sight

So naturally, perfect if you love pain!

If, in the off chance, you’re trying to get out of pain (yes, it’s possible!!), do the opposite!! Because the real question is:
How much longer are you willing to suffer?

Whether you recently injured yourself, you’ve been in pain for years, or you’re tired of other doctors telling you to “rest and take some pills,” we can help… Even if you’ve tried other forms of treatment and aren’t very optimistic – we understand. There are many things that set us apart from most physical therapy clinics, chiropractors, and other treatments in Brooklyn, New York. Basic things like one-on-one care with an expert physical therapist, best in class manual therapy techniques, and a natural holistic approach to treating the entire body are notoriously absent from most physical therapy clinics. Not with us, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
