Hip and low back pain are often tied together because one can affect the other. You know the saying, “it’s all connected”? ⛓️

This move is so great at opening up both the back and the hip. So whether you have an issue with one or both, I HIGHLY recommend you give this a go!

As always, if this move causes you pain, decrease the range of movement. If pain persists, stop the exercise! 🤗

Only one more day! 🫢

Punch Hip Pain In The Mouth! 👊

Hip pain can be extraordinarily annoying and scary, especially if you’ve been told you have (bone on bone) arthritis, labrum tears, bursitis that never seems to go away, constant tendinitis, issues sleeping on your side (or any position for that matter), issues going up or down stairs, burning, aching, and catching when walking, stiffness…

Welcome to Project Physical Therapy! We Help Active People Recover From Injury So They Can Get Back to Sports and Doing What They Love … WITHOUT Pain Killers or Surgery.​

Whether you recently injured yourself, you’ve been in pain for years, or you’re tired of other doctors telling you to “rest and take some pills,” we can help… Even if you’ve tried other forms of treatment and aren’t very optimistic – we understand. There are many things that set us apart from most physical therapy clinics, chiropractors, and other treatments in Brooklyn, New York. Basic things like one-on-one care with an expert physical therapist, best in class manual therapy techniques, and a natural holistic approach to treating the entire body are notoriously absent from most physical therapy clinics.
