Your body is incredible…

It can do so much more than what you think it can. And here’s the thing:

You don’t have to go out and run ultramarathons if you don’t care for it.
You don’t have to climb the highest peaks.
You don’t have to go cliff jumping.
-
But you do have to put it through “stress”.
But you do need to make sure you move often and progressively to make yourself stronger.
But you do need to PRIORITIZE YOURSELF and MAKE TIME for movement.
-
If you don’t, you will suffer. There’s no doubt about that.
-
So stop being comfortable, and get to work on pushing your body. Because once you do, you’ll get a taste of freedom and strength you never knew existed!

The hard path will scare you. It’ll feel uncertain. At times, it may even feel like you’re moving backwards.

But every step through the struggle is shaping you into something stronger.

Yes. Your hips can be hiked up
Doesn’t mean it’s the problem.

Doesn’t mean it’s the problem.

There are so many deviations that can happen when pain is involved. And instead of making that the focus of the problem, we need to focus more on the solution to the issue itself. And then those deviations tend to go away! 🤯

Cutting away compensations is important but please, don’t let providers fear you into thinking you have a problem when it’s only the byproduct of the true problem they fail to see 🙏❤️

What do you need to change?
What needs to be different this time?
What does your gut, not your fears, tell you to do?
How do we move forward?

THAT’S what should be running through your head.

Wallowing in your setback does nothing to get you to where you actually want to be!!

But doing nothing won’t help you live a freer life.
But doing nothing won’t keep you strong and healthy.

Excuses will always be there; ready to distract you from what you truly want.
They’re there every day.

Every “hard thing” has a hundred excuses of why you should do it tomorrow, do it later, or get to it at some point.
-
But enough is enough.
Stop delaying.
You know the work needs to get done…

So take the step, put in the effort, AND GET TO WORK! 👊
