😩 Miserable Or Annoying Knees? 😩
-
Not for long! 🔥
-
I designed the Squat and Walk challenge to get those knees of yours to move again. To feel better and have less pain. To help you feel more supported and less miserable…
-
Knee pain can be debilitating and I want to show you that there IS a way out! 🙏❤️
-
Here’s a list of common Q’s I’ve been getting:
1) Will this be recorded?
Absolutely yes! If you can’t attend the live session, have no worries as we will send you the recording!

2) I have ________, is this challenge ok?
YES! I designed it to help people with arthritis (including “bone on bone”), meniscus tears, post op ACLs/knee replacements, bursitis, ITBS, tendinitis, patellar maltracking, and so much more!
The only reason you SHOULDN’T do this is if you had a steroid injection in the last 3-5 days or if you’re wheelchair bound!

3) Do I need any equipment for this?
Absolutely not. Just yourself, some water, and a positive mindset! It will shock you how simple, yet effective, the things I’ll be showing you are!
-
If you have any more questions let me know!
Otherwise, comment the word “KNEE” and I’ll send you the invite to sign up!
-
The fun and relief begins THIS UPCOMING MONDAY!!! 🥳

Someone just blocked me on threads because of this post… 🤦🏻‍♂️
-
Pain brings a lot of things with it. One of those things is a new identity. You’re no longer David, Sally, or Martha.
-
You’re David “who can’t do X because I have low back pain”
Sally who “can’t play pickleball because my knee would shatter”
Martha who “cant go out with my friends because my hip won’t let me.“
-
You are defined by your pain, limited by it. And eventually, when you’ve been failed by enough people, you just accept it as your constant, new reality.
-
I wish I could’ve grabbed the conversation before she blocked me. But this was literally a person who refused to let go of the “I have chronic pain. That means it’s forever. Who are you to tell me, someone who actually lives with chronic pain, anything?”.
-
She didn’t block me because I was wrong, she blocked me because I threatened an identity that pain had spent years building for her. The belief that this is simply who she is now. Forever. And that no one could possibly understand.
-
I get why that belief feels safer. If pain is permanent, you never have to risk hoping and being let down again.
-
But at the end of the day, when you confront the reality of YOUR pain journey, when you truly understand how it’s changed the way you think about yourself and you FIGHT BACK AGAINST IT WITH FEROCITY… only then do you have a fighting chance to get out of pain.
-
You have to be willing to try, and try, and try, and try again. As many times as it takes.
If you settle, you’re certainly doomed.
-
Chronic pain isn’t a death sentence. It’s just a measure of how long you’ve been in pain. It does not determine your future… unless you let it.
-
Fall down 1000 times. Get back up 1001 times!!!
-

I hope you don’t fall into 1 of the 2 groups I mention in the end!! 😣
-
The knee-jerk reaction when knee pain starts is to decrease range of motion, decrease loading on the leg, remove activity, and just overall baby it 🙅🏻‍♂️
-
When in fact, you need to start using it even more so (strategically, of course). Because the more you baby it, the more painful it will become! 😤
-
And I don’t think you want more pain, right?
-
Range of motion must be restored.
Strength must be built up.
And getting you back into activities you enjoy is the top priority. And it’ll be uncomfortable to get there, but you CAN get there!!
-
Regardless of the “bone on bone”, the meniscus tears, bursitis, etc.!! 🙌
-
Now look, is surgery sometimes necessary? Sure! But so many of my patients who were told they “must have it” actually didn’t need it. And went on to run, jump, hike, etc.!
-
Change is possible ❤️ you just gotta put in the work!
-
And if you want to know HOW to put in the work and what to do, I highly recommend you join my Squat and Walk Challenge!
-
During the 5 day event (anyone in the world can join!!), I will be sharing some of the best movements you can do. Movements that have helped thousands of people feel better despite their MENISCUS TEARS, ARTHRITIS, BURSITIS, KNEE REPLACEMENTS, and so much more.
-
If you want to kick knee pain to the curb, comment the word “KNEE” and I’ll send you the invite link for the Squat and Walk Challenge! It starts this upcoming Monday!

🤘 Knee Health 🤘
-
Your knee is a funny joint. Most issues in the knees, even if it’s structural (meniscus tears, arthritis), can be made better by building up strength through your feet/ankles and your hips as well as improving the mobility at each joint 🕺🏻
-
Moves like this are also especially important if you, like me, want to avoid pain at all costs and have versatile joints that can handle different loading leverage points😎
-
Now, is this a move you should be starting off with? Probably not. It took me a long time to develop the balance and depth for this kind of squat.
-
But you must be explorative with movement. Your future self will thank you 😉

The Wrong Approach All Along…🤦🏻‍♂️
-
There’s a high likelihood that you’ve been given some really generic, watered down, fear mongering advice throughout the knee rehab process 😣
-
Do less
Try these meds
Let’s do surgery
Wear a brace
Limit your activity
Avoid squatting
Avoid kneeling
Let’s do some more clamshells
-
And then we wonder why millions feel like they’re stuck in an endless loop of pain, think their body is crumbling, and scared of moving their bodies more because they always pay the price 😔
-
Meanwhile, they’ve never been properly guided in the first place 😡
-
But that’s exactly why I created the Squat and Walk Challenge. To be able to give you the education you’ve been missing and showing you movements that have helped thousands of people finally start to feel FREEDOM in their body.
-
Helping them get back to gardening, lifting, hiking, playing pickleball and tennis, running, and so much more! 🥳
-
If you or someone you know need this, comment the word “KNEE” and I’ll send you the invite. It starts this upcoming Monday so you don’t want to miss it!! Only $19 for 5 incredible days!

What is pain? 🤔
-
First, not all pain is equal. For example, sensations like pressure, pulling, soreness, tightness, burning, and many others are absolutely normal to feel when we start moving our body through movements that expose our weaknesses or limitations 🙏
-
The ONLY pain sensation we really want to avoid, generally speaking, is SHARP STABBING pain.
-
Otherwise? Everything else is fair game. Unpleasant, yes. BUT NORMAL TO FEEL!
-
Our nervous system can change. You just need to be brave, informed, and consistent enough to produce the change you’re looking for.
-
Forget the label you’ve been given and MOVE!!!

🚗 Stay in your lane…. 🚗
-
I don’t know how to diagnose and treat serious illnesses.
I don’t fully understand each and every lab value on blood tests.
I can’t and don’t know how to dose medications for conditions…
-
And you’ll never catch me pretending to know any of this.
-
I may know a bit of this and that but nothing compared to what doctors (should) know.
-
So why is it that so many doctors wrongly and falsely dictate what you should do physically when you have a musculoskeletal issue, especially on an issue of which they are not up to date on and don’t know how to actively treat…
-
Not all doctors, of course. Not trying to paint with a broad brush. But certainly many! I hear it from my patients every day!! 😡
-
There are still doctors convincing people that their disc herniation will have to be a life-long concern!! It’s NUTS! 🤪
-
As you get older you MUST continue moving. You MUST NOT slow down. You MUST continue to do hard s**t.
-
And honestly, the sooner you start, the better!! I feel very lucky to have been forced into activity from 4 years old.
-
Keep movin’
Keep groovin’ ❤️
