Another great play I just finished working on and such an amazing group of actors, crew and management 🙏🏻. It’s an honor to do what I can for them so they can do what they do. Making audacious magic happen 💥🤗💥

One of the benefits of working on Broadway shows besides all the amazing people is the opening night gifts/swag. 🤗

Every Tuesday come join in on these two classes with me.

One is all about retraining your balance control (It is not pilates developed by me).

The other is all about Joe Pilates arm and leg springs straight from the Resister posters that were based on his original photos of him doing the exercises.

You can purchase the two Resister posters on the Pilates Source Etsy store - PilatesPosters to have in your studio and help you and your clients learn these amazing exercises.

I have a number of ways I've developed to help retrain weight placement in the feet, either one at a time or both. There are many different means to assess and retrain the foot using pressures that permeate through the neuromusculoskeletal connections from the feet all the way to the head.

If you are interested in learning these techniques you can join me this spring in Rhinebeck NY for a workshop I've developed to help better understand the use and function of the feet through replacing the Afferent pressures similar to the floor using special tools that can lead to retraining of efferent messages to the body.

If interested please send me a DM so that I know if it is something people are wanting to learn and add to their skills as a movement specialist.
