Eclectic, integrative, empathic, and goal oriented Psychotherapy in Midtown Manhattan Awareness, mindfulness, and action are the keys.

Specializing in addictions, auto-immune disorders (Lyme Literate Psychotherapist, HIV/AIDS, chronic illness), LGBT, codependency/relationship issues, workplace, and general psychotherapy issues. I help the individual, couple, or family best assess what needs there might be, then together we evaluate how to best meet those needs. The treatment result is an improved, healthier relationship with ones self, others, and success in the world. Educated in various modalities, I integrate various schools of training, cultures, physiology, and philosophies into the work. I believe that psychotherapy is an emotive, thoughtful, and curative process which deepens self-awareness and understanding, thus improving the relationship one has with oneself and his/her environment. I am an integrative Lyme Literate Therapist, also registered with Ilads. Working with Chronic Lyme personally, I can identify with this illness and all of the idiocynrasies that go along with it. Each person receives a personal assessment and treatment that best fits his/her own individual needs. Mindfulness is a key factor. For those with chronic illness or autoimmune/health disorders, I work with those interested in non-traditional and traditional therapies. I have a created a professional, safe, and comfortable atmosphere in Midtown Manhattan which is easily accessible by all forms of transportation. I utilize Skype, FaceTime, and telephone session as well as in-person sessions. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions you might have.
