Space is limited to provide enough time for each clinician to present cases.
We will meet online on the first Wed of each month from 10:00- 11:30am EST.
Meeting dates are: Sept 7, Oct 5, Nov 2 and Dec 7.
Cost is $280 for four sessions. Payment in full will be due by Friday, August 19th, to secure your space in the group*.
Some of the themes that we cover include:
Somatic Countertransference
Mirroring and Un-mirroring
Working with the Freeze response

Three layers of awareness
Learning the Language of a Felt Sense
* This group may count toward your DMT group supervision requirements

In meditation, students are taught that "thoughts come and go; emotions come and go." However, body memory (especially from trauma) persists until you learn how to listen to it!

And this...
May all the healers of the earth find their own healing. May they be fueled by passionate love for the earth.
May they know their fear but not be stopped by fear. May they feel their anger and yet not be ruled by rage. May they honor their grief but not be paralyzed by sorrow.
May they transform fear, rage, and grief into compassion and the inspiration to act in service of what they love.
May they find the help, the resources, the courage, the luck, the strength, the love, the health, the joy that they need to do the work.
May they be in the right place, at the right time, in the right way.
May they bring alive a great awakening, open a listening ear to hear the earth's voice, transform imbalance to balance, hate and greed to love.
Blessed be the healers of the earth. 🌍

Excerpt from a client's body journal. Used with permission:
"I am a beautiful woman with a gorgeous, strong and feminine body. I use my body to love and be loved; to move and be moved. My s*xuality is not strictly in service of s*x; it is my way of living in the world; it is my power as a woman and my right as a human being. I do not use judgments from others to define who I am or what I think of myself.
My body provides me with my consciousness, my intuition and my ability to be still in the world. I relish it and care for it deeply. My body is me."

Hello Dear Ones,
I have decided to extend my practice to those who are in crisis during this difficult time. If you or a loved one is suffering from anxiety, depression, loneliness, or another mental health condition that is caused by our current situation, I am offering very low-fee sessions for short-term therapy for a select number of appointments. I will prioritize those who are on the front line and family members of those who are treating those with COVID-19. Please message me here and we will set up a time for a free consult to discuss your needs.
Wishing you well and be safe in the meantime.
Kindly,
Jennifer Tantia

While you are doing your best to social distance, it is important to take care of your mental health. Go outside and take a walk every day (if you are not a runner). Being outside and not in close proximity of others is fine and getting sunlight for 15 minutes per day can increase Vitamin D which is important for fighting against viruses. It can also increase melatonin, which will help you sleep. Finally, Vit D will lift your mood!😎
