GLP medications have become more common, and they’re something we carefully review during preoperative planning.

Because they can affect digestion, we usually ask patients to pause them about two weeks before surgery when anesthesia is involved.

It’s a small step that helps ensure everything goes as smoothly and safely as possible.

It’s completely normal to feel a mix of excitement and nerves before surgery. There’s the anticipation of seeing your results, paired with the unknown of the experience itself.

We stay closely connected to you through every step, answering questions, guiding you through the process, and making sure you feel supported the entire way.

When you work with us, you’re in experienced hands, and you’re definitely not alone. And trust us, the results are going to feel just as good as they look.

I understand why at-home devices are appealing, but they don’t always perform the way people expect, and some of the marketing makes it seem like you can get clinical results at home.

They’re safe and can offer small improvements, but they rarely replace the results you can get from professional treatments that are tailored and more powerful.

I usually recommend focusing your time and money where you’ll see the most impact. Are there any home devices you are using and liking at the moment?

What happens before surgery determines what happens after.

Dr. Lesley’s pre-op process is built around meticulous markings and a carefully considered surgical plan. Every line drawn is intentional, serving as a map that guides the procedure and anchors the outcome.

That level of preparation is what makes results look natural, not done.

Every week brings new patients, new perspectives, and people from all walks of life, and I get to be a small part of something deeply personal to them.

What stays with me most is seeing that moment when someone feels like their outside finally reflects how they feel inside.

It’s a privilege I never take for granted, and I feel really grateful to be able to deliver that to my patients.

There are different philosophies in aesthetics, but mine has always been rooted in restoration. I focus on helping patients maintain their natural identity while softening changes that come with time.

The goal is always to look like yourself, just a little more refreshed.

When it comes to skincare, prevention will always outperform correction. Sunscreen protects your skin from damage before it starts, which is why it’s the one product I would never skip.

I keep my skincare routine fairly simple, but there are two products I always repurchase: the sunscreen I wear daily and the retinol my sister created, which is spectacular.

They’ve become reliable essentials that keep my skin feeling consistent and well cared for.

Every injector has a different aesthetic philosophy, so finding the right fit matters. My approach focuses on enhancing what already exists rather than building new structures or changing someone’s natural features.

The goal is always to restore balance in a way that feels soft and authentic. Interested in learning more? Send us a DM to set up a consultation.
