I have so many more 😂
I’ve seen and heard lots of things in my almost 11 years of practice, and there are still so many things that need to go die.
Here are some truths:
1. Back pain is extremely multifactorial.
2. Squats and deadlifts are safe for your back and, in fact, strengthen it.
3. Cutting while you recover from an injury or surgery deprives your body of the nutrients and supplies that it needs to heal.
4. If you haven’t prepared for the movements you will perform in your sport, you are not prepared to return to play.
5. Full knee extension and adequate quad strength are REQUIREMENTS to return to running after an ACL reconstruction. Just because you are 12-14 weeks out from surgery doesn’t mean you are ready to run.
Bey safe out there, people!
