Happy National Doctor’s Day🥼

I don't know how I got so lucky to be doing the work I do. It's an immense privilege to sit across from people and figure out together how we are going to wind our way through the jungle and find a path to health and wellbeing. Gratitude to my patients for being my greatest teachers.

In Western, allopathic medicine, no single specialty views the interconnectedness of the body. But with anxiety, it’s all linked. We have to understand the ways our bodies get out of balance to truly understand the roots of anxiety. And then we have to balance that with the myriad ways we have unmet needs and psychospiritual blockages. It's all connected, and it all offers a path out.
