Fitting in workout time has been much harder than I thought.
I’ve been fitting in a few minutes most days during our walks in Central Park or during nap time, along with lots of walking and running after an Energizer-Bunny-Toddler.
But now it’s time to recommit to a more structured plan. I’ve put together a workout plan for the next 6 weeks that includes daily mini strength training routines ranging from 5-10 minutes. That’s it.
I’ve chosen only the most effective exercises and routines to rebuild muscle I’ve lost, get my definition back, heal my diastasis recti, and to feel and look strong again.
