Join me Monday, January 19th for a guided Yoga Nidra experience designed to help your nervous system soften, settle, and reset.
Yoga Nidra works by gently guiding the body into a state between waking and sleep. In this state, the nervous system shifts out of “doing” mode and into deep rest, where repair and regulation can occur.
✨ After class, many people report feeling:
• deeply rested, as if they’ve slept for hours
• calmer and less reactive
• clearer mentally, with a quieter inner dialogue
• more grounded and emotionally steady
