Inhale through both nostrils, for a count of 1,2,3,4. Hold the breath for half second. Exhale through both nostrils for a count of 1,2,3,4. Repeat. Practice 3-5min a day.

I just started working with a new client (who also works with a trainer) and after our eval session she said how she’s NEVER done any of the drills I had her do before.
And she was blown away by what she actually could do even with some knee and pelvic floor issues going on.
Trust me, there is a way you can get all the benefits of power work even if you have injuries and chronic pain.
And the things that actually may help it the most, you may not even know about or have been exposed to.
Be open to doing things differently.
There is nothing else that will slow your progress or make you feel stuck than by doing the same things you were told to do years ago when you were in a completely different situation.
Chances are you haven’t even considered how to make progress beyond a basic 3x10 strength training program.
And guess what?
Not all shoulder and neck issues are strength and mobility issues.
Really could be a power and speed issue.
