Pilates is a functional system designed to create lean and long muscle with proper alignment. As a MuTuPro® I am excited to guide women to heal and regain strength and function within themselves. It is my mission to provide women with the proper tools to feel confident and strong. Your pelvic floor, core, arms, b***y and more will be strong and most importantly it will all work as a cooperative team with this wonderful program!! As a health coach I offer one on one integrative nutritional coaching to guide you to a healthier way of life. I also offer seasonal online cleanse programs.

Find the people that lift you up. HAPPY International Women’s Day. This is some old rehearsal footage of a duet I made in 2017 about strength and gentleness. Comfort, connection and safety. Things I crave. I’m so grateful for all the women I know and the ones I don’t who offer us all the lift we need to get to the next step. has been lifting me up since 1999.

Give it a real watch. All the way through. It’s not perfect here but I like it more than the performance version. And I’m wearing my favorite sack suit 😆 I think I wore it the entire summer that year.

4 years ago yesterday I became a mom of 3! After nearly 10 years of mothering 2 we jumped back in. My body was in a great place this time and I worked hard during my pregnancy to move well and support my growing body in the best way. I tested the method I developed in those 10 years on my own pregnant body. A body that was 10 years older this time, but that felt so much stronger and more prepared. I’ve taught countless other women to support pregnancy, prepare for birth and recover well. This time it was me. I have a lot to share, but in a nutshell as I always say…

If you’re traveling for this Thanksgiving holiday don’t forget to STRETCH! It makes all the difference especially when travel is longer than expected 🤪 Don’t be shy, get into the isle on the plane, at the airport before you board, in line for the restroom…you can stretch anywhere!! Also take some nice deep breaths to reduce stress and give your belly some room to fill up on all the great foods! 😉

Today I was tired, REALLY tired. But the sun was shining brightly and my clients all worked hard and we got some great work done. Im grateful for my work, I love it and I love sharing it with everyone. Pilates is truly for EVERY body

While letting go of summer and getting back to it all can be a shock to the system…one of my very favorite things are September Sundays!
September in NY is glorious, and when the weather hits right on a Sunday you take a ride. We went from queens to Brooklyn and back, tried a new playground, got in some good riding in over and under the Grant found piles of dirt and stones to plow through and Jack was mad we couldn’t bring his bike 🥹 and he had a good tantrum over it 😑
Building in movement with family time is always the best way to move. I definitely got some good lower body work in with Jack in tow today! Maybe arms tomorrow to balance it out, stay tuned!

Having a partner for accountability, motivation, inspiration, connection…all of these things can help you achieve your goals. 20 years ago my love. These were our wildest dreams and now we are here living them. It’s wild and crazy and confusing and fantastic. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Some people don’t know that I moonlight as a modern dancer. I’ve been dancing with since 2007. Every time I get on stage under the lights I feel the great thrill of performance.
