💧Blocked Tear Ducts 💧

📣 Common in newborn babies, blocked tear ducts occur when the tears pool in the eyes because they can’t properly drain through the duct to the nose. If the tears sit long enough, the eyes can become yellow and crusty.

📣 In addition to keeping the area clean using a warm wet cotton ball, gauze, or paper towel, nasolacrimal duct massages are also a helpful treatment method. See the third slide for instructions!

Less is more: 3 simple steps for healthy skin! 🧴✨ Today's trends can lead teens to overdo it, stripping their skin of natural barriers. Keep it simple!

We're seeing more teens in our office develop side effects after using multi-step routines that disrupt the natural skin barrier. In turn, they add more steps to their routine to combat the side effects, further worsening the issue. A simple routine may not feel like enough, especially when influencers and beauty industry marketers are saying otherwise, but remember, Less is more!
