Shiva's Yoga Welcome to Shiva's Yoga on Facebook. Shiva's Yoga is a non-profit organization that promotes yoga and networks the yoga community in New York.

The yoga program offered at Shiva's Yoga is rooted in the classical Hatha Yoga tradition with a special emphasis on Sun Salutation (or Surya Namaskar). For the uninitiated, the program familiarizes them with the basics of yoga aimed at improving the body posture and developing an awareness of body and breath. Class Details:
Monday to Sunday -- 5.00 AM to 11: 00 AM
4:00 PM to 9.00 PM

Private and group classes are offered.
