Thank you Dr. Thorne and Dr Albert for inviting me again to speak at the scientific lecture at Lenox Hill Hospital. Happy to share one of my favorite procedures: Transaxillary breast augmentation, a technique that we can perform breast augmentation through a well hidden armpit incision using accurate dissection under endoscope. A technique that is often performed in Asia but less commonly in the United States. Asian or darker skin Individuals tend to have darker and longer lasting scars, this method skillfully hides the scars in existing armpit creases, when healed the scars can blend well as natural creases!

很感謝MEETH/Lenox Hill Hospital ，再次邀請我演講一個眾多手術中，我非常喜歡的手術之一：腋下內視鏡隆胸。 這種隆胸方式雖然在亞洲很常見，但在美國鮮少有醫師進行。 因為使用內視鏡技術的要求更高，再加上美國白人比較不在意疤痕，所以可以接受比較簡單但疤痕明顯的下皺壁切口。 就算在美國這麼大的國家，會使用內視鏡隆胸的醫生卻少之又少。

腋下隆胸可以巧妙地的疤痕隱藏在腋下已有的皺折中，完全復原以後，就像一個自然的皺褶、非常的隱密，基本上看不太出來。

再次感謝有這個機會可以跟紐約上東區Lenox hill/MEETH醫院其他的整形外科醫生分享這項技術和成果。

In Lake Geneva, Wisconsin this past weekend to attend MAPS (Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons) and celebrate two of my most respected professors, Dr Matloub and Dr Sanger’s retirement. Dr Sanger and Dr Matloub were pioneers in the microsurgery world, together they developed many new plastic surgery techniques and described many flaps that revolutionize microsurgery. Most of all, they were true educators and proponents of resident education. You can see how much they were loved by past residents flying in from all over the country to attend their retirement party.

Thank you Dr Loguidice for inviting me to also speak at the meeting. It was an honor and also a nostalgic experience to meet up with all past residents, medical school classmate and old professors. I am happy to see that everyone is doing well and thriving in their specialized fields.

Thank you again Dr Sanger and Dr Matloub for all your teachings, love and care for me and all the residents you have educated upon. You gentlemen taught me how to be a plastic surgeon before becoming a cosmetic surgeon.

這個週末，我來到了威斯康辛州的日內瓦湖，參加中西部整形外科醫師協會（MAPS）的年會，同時慶祝我最敬重的兩位教授——Dr. Matloub 和 Dr. Sanger 的退休。Dr. Sanger 和 Dr. Matloub 是顯微手術領域的先驅，他們共同開發了許多嶄新的整形手術技術，並描述了許多顛覆傳統、對顯微手術產生深遠影響的皮瓣手術。最重要的是，他們是真正的教育者，始終致力於住院醫師的教育。

從許多來自全美各地的整形外科醫師，專程飛來參加他們的退休派對，就可以看出他們多麼受到愛戴。

也感謝 Dr. Loguidice 邀請我在會議上發表演講。這是一種榮耀，也是一段充滿回憶的經歷，能夠與過去的住院醫師同仁、醫學院同學以及老教授們重聚。很高興看到大家都在自己專精的領域中茁壯發展、表現優異。
