Opening the office on another snowy day in New York City and thankful to those patients who make it for their appointments despite travel and commuting difficulties. Grateful for the prompt clear up by the city making our roads and sidewalks navigable these past days. Winter is a time for respite but hopefully you can all find pleasurable and effective exercises to do indoors to keep you active and healthy.
