Happy Halloween everyone! Stay safe and enjoy the day! 👻 🎃S P O O K Y B R O W N I E S 🎃👻If you love brownies and love low-sugar brownies. Check this out CarbRite extra rich & fudge Brownies with chocolate chips Easy baking mix 🥣

You will need: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1 teaspoon of water
Recipe:
1. PREHEAT the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. 2. BEAT eggs and then add dry ingredients. Combine and beat until well bended.
3. MIX in softened butter and 1 tsp water
4. POUR into greased 8" square glass dish and set into a larger baking dish. Pour enough hot water into the larger baking dish to come 1 inch up side of square glass dish. Place both dishes into preheated oven.
5. BAKE at 400 degrees for about 40-50 minutes
6. CHILL in refrigerator for 1 hour and serve.

Five ingredient pasta lunch. Rotini chickpea pasta with broccoli, carrot, peas, egg and shrimp, toasted h**pseeds and olive oil. Heat avocado oil in a medium pan until hot then add garlic, broccoli, carrot, h**p seeds as much or little as you like and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli, carrot, peas, is wilted . Mix egg and shrimp into cooked pasta and add olives salt and pepper to taste. This can be eaten hot or cold. It was so darn good!

Bowl ingredients:
meatballs
Chickpeas
Cucumbers
Corn
Cherry tomatos 🍅
Hempseeds Manitoba Harvest
Fresh lemon
Fresh mint 🍃

Sweet & Spicy “Meatball” Sauce & Dressing:
½ cup toasted sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp maple sympe
1.25 inch fresh ginger, minced
½ cup apple cider vinegar - I love bragglivefoodproducts
½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup coconut aminos (from
1 tsp garlic powder
~1 tsp hot sauce - I’m a Tapatío Hot Sauce girl 😉
Black pepper to taste

Airfyer frozen meatballs in oven at 365 degrees for roughly 15 minutes, flip sides throughout
Add all sauce ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend well. Taste test and add more seasoning if needed.
Use roughly 1 cup of the sauce per 6-7 meatballs. Add sauce and cooked meatballs to a saucepan and heat on medium until the sauce thickens and coats the meatballs well.

Add all bowl ingredients to a large bowl and add the remaining dressing as desired.
