Five ingredient pasta lunch. Rotini chickpea pasta with broccoli, carrot, peas, egg and shrimp, toasted h**pseeds and olive oil. Heat avocado oil in a medium pan until hot then add garlic, broccoli, carrot, h**p seeds as much or little as you like and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli, carrot, peas, is wilted . Mix egg and shrimp into cooked pasta and add olives salt and pepper to taste. This can be eaten hot or cold. It was so darn good!
