"CHANGE IS GOOD
I have been a patient at Garden for over a year and after several visits that included schedule mistakes, rude nurses, ridiculously long waits even with an appointment, doctors unwilling to fill prescriptions and without any explanation for why, etc, etc I was actively looking for a new facility. With no luck I made an appointment with Garden for today and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Every person I interacted with was so helpful and kind. Debra at the front desk was especially helpful and went above and beyond to resolve an insurance issue and made sure I saw a doctor. The practitioner along with her nurse that I saw were equally pleasant and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I can't believe how happy I am after leaving an obgyn appointment but I am.
