Kiwi is as good for you as it is beautiful to look at 🥝

Naturally rich in fiber and vitamin C, it supports digestion, immune health, and adds just the right balance of sweet + tart to your morning or mid-afternoon treats.

I love it paired with berries, fresh mint, and a sprinkle of granola — simple, colorful, and nourishing.

No complicated recipes.
Just intentional combinations that work with your body.

Save this for your next houseguests or romantic breakfast for your ❤️

Boring salads are so 2025🥬😌

Kale tossed with pickled onions, h**p seeds, crispy tempeh, and a homemade creamy avocado vinaigrette — because color, texture + flavor matter.

Crunchy. Creamy. Savory. Satisfying.
Craveable.

Save this — you’ll want it on repeat 🥑✨

Did you ever think some kale leaves look like capes because they are SUPER foods?😂🤭 (Couldn’t resist…)

Kale, regardless of leaf type, is:

• rich in vitamins A, C, and K
• supports detox pathways
• exceptional sources of polyphenols for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and cardiac protection
• rich in fiber

Massage it with olive oil and lemon and it transforms into the most satisfying greens base.

💬 Team kale or still learning to love it?

Jackfruit as brisket, crispy baked tofu, roasted veggies — and zero apologies 😌

This is what happens when plant-based food leans into texture, seasoning, and umami instead of trying to be “light.”

Smoky. Savory. Satisfying.

If you’ve ever thought vegan food was boring… this platter would like a word 🌱🔥

As my A to Z nutrition series continues, meet my friend Jackfruit. Jack what?

Jackfruit is weird 😜 and a totally misunderstood food.

When cooked, its texture makes it a meaty, high-fiber low-fat complex-carb that’s a foil for things like pulled pork or brisket.

Weird? Yes! But it’s a reminder that plant-based eating doesn’t have to feel limiting and can be really versatile.

How you season it is where the magic happens 🌱

Not your mother’s mashed Idaho potatoes — but just as comforting.

Olive oil instead of butter 🧈
Fresh herbs for depth 🌿
Simple ingredients doing what they do best 🥔

Cozy, flavorful, hearty, and exactly the kind of food I want on repeat. Enjoy it on it’s own, or whisk into eggs for a complete breakfast hash.

The humble Idaho potato gets a bad rap but it deserves a second look.

Potatoes are naturally:
• rich in potassium (even more than bananas)
• a great source of fiber, especially with the skin
• supportive of gut health when cooked and cooled
• comforting, satisfying, and nourishing

How we prepare them matters more than the potato itself.

Roasted, boiled, smashed, or added to soups — potatoes can absolutely be part of a balanced, plant-forward plate.

Real food doesn’t need to be feared.
It needs to be understood.

Herbs might feel like a finishing touch, but they’re doing so much more behind the scenes 🌱

From digestion to detox, these everyday herbs elevate both flavor and add nourishment:

R — Rosemary
Supports digestion and circulation and brings depth to roasted veggies and potatoes.

C — Cilantro
Known for its gentle detox-supporting properties and fresh, bright flavor.

P — Parsley
Rich in antioxidants and vitamin K — a simple way to boost freshness and nutrients.

M — Mint
Soothing for digestion and refreshing for both sweet and savory dishes.

D — Dill
Traditionally used to support gut comfort and adds a delicate, herby finish.

💡Consider this a reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. 🌿

Save this for easy, everyday inspiration.

Tiny seeds. Big nourishment 🤍

H**p seeds are:
• a complete plant protein
• rich in omega-3 fats
• gentle on digestion but high in fiber
• easy to sprinkle on almost anything

I love adding them to my home-cooked meals. They offer a quiet nutrition boost that doesn’t change the flavor — just the benefits.

💬 Have you tried h**p seeds yet?
