Minimally Invasive Bunion Surgery. Traditionally bunion surgery required a big incision spanning the great toe joint which leaves big post surgical scar and often limits the big toe joint movement. Minimally invasive bunion surgery enables faster recovery from leaving little to no scar and preserving the joint range of motion. The construct of the screw fixation is strong and stable that patients can get back to their feet right away in hard sole shoe with little to no pain.
