Happy 75th Birthday to our client Ken!

To celebrate, he wanted to PR his deadlift on his birthday…that’s 275lbs!

Ken has been a Small Group Personal Training client with us for just over a year now.

Showing up 2x/week to lift. Following a smart, science-based program - he’s never felt better.

Think you’re getting more out of combining exercises? Not really. Here are 3 common combos that might be holding you back:
1️⃣ Bicep curl into a press
2️⃣ Lunge into a curl
3️⃣ RDL into a bent-over row

When you combine movements, you’re always limited by the weakest one. Most of us can’t curl as much as we can press or lunge, so why slow down your progress?

Separate them, focus on one at a time, and train smart to get real results.

💡 Pro tip: If muscle growth is your goal, it’s time to break up with combo moves.

Meredith is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women’s pelvic health.

Over the years, Meredith has witnessed first-hand the misinformation and confusion around pelvic health for all…

Prior to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Meredith obtained a Masters in Public Health and worked in obstetrics research.

Her extensive experience in clinical research on obstetrics and high risk pregnancies adds a valuable perspective to her practice, allowing her to address the specific needs and challenges faced during these pivotal stages of women’s health.

In her personal time, Meredith enjoys traveling with her husband to experience diverse cultures and cuisines. At home, she dabbles in artistic endeavors and agility training with her rescue pup, Yogi. She is also on a quest to cultivate a green thumb and foster a thriving apartment garden.
