Happy 75th Birthday to our client Ken!
To celebrate, he wanted to PR his deadlift on his birthday…that’s 275lbs!
Ken has been a Small Group Personal Training client with us for just over a year now.
Showing up 2x/week to lift. Following a smart, science-based program - he’s never felt better.
(Yes, you read that right above. 275lbs at age 75)
