Our mission is to be the world's most caring and fun pediatric dental practice - the Disneyland of dental practices! The greatest compliment is when children look forward to their dental visits. It is recommended that a child have their first dental check-up by the age of 1. Informing your child about their first dental visit is very helpful. We look forward to meeting you and your child for your first appointment! Parents have many choices as to where they take their children to be treated and we consider it an honor and a privilege that they have chosen us.

Thirsty Thursday is back! Let’s dive in to the effects of soda on Teeth
🦷 +🥤= 🤕

How soda affects our teeth:
- Acid erosion: citric & phosphoric acid break down enamel
- Sugar Content: fuels bad bacteria, raising cavity risk
- Carbonation: carbonic acid weakens enamel
-Staining and Discoloration: The artificial colors and additives in soda can stain teeth

Pro tips:
- Choose water instead
- Drink through a straw
- Rinse with water
- Drink in moderation
- Delay brushing 30 minutes after drinking soda

🌴Going coco nuts for coconut benefits! 🥥 Coconuts contains lauric acid, which can aid in reducing gum inflammation, bacteria, and improving overall gum health: However, it is not a replacement for professional dental care, brushing, & flossing🦷🥥 Get those gums checked at your next check up!

🥥We recommend Cocolab Floss!

Got Milk? 🥛Although breast milk & formula are rich in vitamins and minerals for strong teeth, baby bottles can hinder saliva flow. If milk lingers on teeth for extended periods of time, harmful bacteria can thrive off the milk sugars & cause baby bottle cavities🍼 🦷

🤔So, what's the solution? Clean your baby's teeth after feedings, especially before bed! 🌙 Try a washcloth, toothbrush, or spiffies wipes!
