No matter what you are seeking, the answers lie within.

OUR STORY

GrowthSpire.co was founded by Kanwal Jehan, a Pakistani American, who came to United States when she was sixteen. At an early age, she started exploring work in many different industries within law firms, corporations and tech startups in the education, recruiting, AR/VR and blockchain spaces. She has over 8 years of experience as a community builder, advisor and speaker. She now is a certified Transformation & Life-Purpose Coach, 200-Hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Usui Reiki Therapist.

Her passion for holistic healing began when she started meditating five years ago to find a work-life balance as a result of working within stressful work environments. She learned quickly that the underlying problem was not work-life balance, but her past traumas and pain that she had to heal. For her, meditation was only one part of the puzzle. The mind, body and soul had to be in complete alignment with each other to experience, freedom, fulfillment and detachment from the ego. In order to find complete alignment, she traveled to countries like Indonesia and Thailand, two spiritual hubs of the world to discover more tools to heal herself. Through her seeker’s journey, she found the answer to everything was unconditional self-love. So much of the healing work she did on herself was immensely transformational that she brought it back to the United States to share with her community. Kanwal deeply cares about the human race and she wants to help people experience what she has. She believes you can travel to find these inner healing tools, but travel isn’t necessary. She had all the major tools when she wasn’t traveling but was missing some pieces. It wasn’t until she started opening her heart that she began to receive from the universe. Loving ourselves unconditionally is the freedom we all are seeking.

Because we are created with love and based on self-love, everything you will experience is made with love. We are building a network of healers around the world who will support your emotional and energetical healing. Right now, we have 1:1 private sessions, online courses and in-person workshops and retreats to guide you in your growth journey with our founder. Eventually, we will have a massive community of holistic healers around the world offering accessible services and products to support your healing.
