A pharmaceutical agency has hired me to teach a meditation class today. We'll discuss the power of gratitude.
Then we'll utilize 2 meditations - a guided meditation and and a quiet introspective meditation.
We'll utilize the CD Arcadia by Eric & Peter Olsen as meditation music.
