I practice ILM (Ilan Lev Method) and am a certified Reiki Master Teacher. I have extensive studies and observations in many modalities. In the future, post-pandemic, I'd like to study Zero Balancing. I'm also a certified Pilates Mat Instructor. I call my practice Somatic Garage. The "garage" is an amazing place. An informal place where so many things can happen. A place of possibility, of organized chaos, of shelter, a place to work things out- free of the burden of orthodoxy and correctitude. It is a place to work on and admire craft and skill and virtuosity, while not being held down by fixed ideas about how things work. It is a place of curiosity, of trial and error, of improvisation. Some words about Reiki: I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher
Reiki is a form of energy healing! Reiki practioners channel the universal (‘rei’) life force (‘ki’) for the highest good of their clients. Reiki works by raising the vibrational frequencies, clearing and harmonizing energy pathways, allowing energy to flow in a healthy and natural way. Most people experience Reiki as a peaceful, loving, energizing experience. Because Reiki works only for the clients highest good, it is always helpful, and always an appropriate healing modality. It compliments all forms of naturopathic, allopathic, and alternative forms of medicine. Reiki has been recognized as beneficial for stress reduction, pain relief, relaxation, increased vitality, reduction of physical, mental and emotional suffering, depression, anxiety, alienation, compulsion, creative blocks, fatigue, chronic conditions, headaches and migraines, aches and pains, obsessions and addictions. Reiki can be and is used by people of all faiths and backgrounds. One does not need to ‘believe’ in Reiki for it to work. I offer private sessions in person and online; individual and group attunements. I offer a highly personalized service where I teach you how to recognize, marshall and channel energy for your highest good and the highest benefit of others. I do not offer a fast food, condensed version of this.
