It’s hard at times to communicate our emotions. Especially when we want to curse people off, so F*ck that, F*ck You!

There are ways to express these emotions, even if it starts with I want to say F*ck you, but what I really feel is XYZ. Soften the tone, reframe, find the kick and stroke. You can still get your emotions across!

And yes sometimes that does require using the word F*ck!

We are inclined to think people want “fixing”, answers, solutions when they come to share a story, what’s going on in their life.
Fun fact: they don’t!!
They usually just went to vent, have emotional support. So next time before you start rationalizing & giving feedback- Ask them, do you want me to listen, help, problem solve? What do you need right now?
Ahh the beauty of asking what people need than assuming we know what they need, or have all the answers!
