After the disruptions of the COVID 19 pandemic and "life' we had our first general meeting today for UN staff with disabilities and staff with dependents with a disability. Keep an eye out for announcements here, on iSeek or your UN disability staff network for next steps and our next meeting. (PS we are also on Twitter! ).

Dear UN System and Permanent Mission Staff with disabilities, UN and Permanent Mission staff with family members with disabilities and supporters. A small number of us have launched this staff group to SUPPORT each other, ADVOCATE together and help the United Nations to LEAD by example on issues of social inclusion. We have launched a survey to gauge interest across the organisation in joining such a group, and to identify priority issues for individuals, for families and for the Organization. Please share widely! The deadline for responding is 20 April (it will take you 5 minutes max). UN / Permanent Mission consultants and interns are welcome.
