Join us for two inversion workshops designed to help you build strength, confidence, and technique in headstand + handstand.
✨ Headstand | March 7th | 6:00 PM
Break down the fundamentals of Sirsasana A (headstand) with targeted core, arm, and forearm strengthening drills. After a short warmup, we’ll explore proper alignment and technique with time to practice and experiment — with or without the wall.
✨ Handstand | March 21st | 6:00 PM
Learn the foundations of Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand), including how to safely enter, hold, and exit. We’ll warm up, drill key components, and explore kicking up from a stable base — practicing at the wall and in the center of the room. (This workshop will not include pressing up into handstand.)
👉 You do NOT need to attend Headstand to take Handstand.
Each workshop can be taken on its own — come to one or come to both.
