About Steph
I’ve been physically active my entire life, starting with morning runs along side my dad at the age of 9. Running became my life and since then I’ve ran hundreds of races including half marathons, marathons, Pikes Peak and a 50K.
In August of 2015, my passion for running came to a halt. While attending a local baseball game, I was hit in the head by a line drive foul ball. After 2 surgeries and time to heal, running was going to be out of the question for a long while. I needed to find something that would fill that running void.
During my healing I discovered weight lifting, and fell in love with it. I had dabbled in weights before, but never knew what to do or why. I couldn’t do too much cardio, so I thought this would be the answer. It was!! I filled that void and also learned how to live a healthier lifestyle with loving food.
I knew I wanted that for other people!! So, I enrolled to become a personal trainer. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. What started as a hobby and void filler became something more. So! Enough about me! With my passion for helping others, I want to help YOU reach your fitness and lifestyle goals.
